Cahaba Clubs Herbal Outpost’s
products are grown using practical
hydroponics, the science of growing plants in a solution of
water and nutrients without soil. We are one of the most
diversified growers in the State of Florida using three
methods of hydroponics which are ebb-in-flow, nutrient film
technique (NFT), and container grown without soil. We have the
ability to grow our products in full sun-light, partial shade,
and complete darkness.
Cahaba Clubs Herbal Outpost ships direct to distributors
nationwide, allowing our products to be used in five-star
restaurants, world-renowned resorts, local restaurants,
cruise ships, and health foods stores.
Over the past five years we have expanded to 56,000 s.f. of environ-mentally controlled
greenhouses and a 44,000 s.f. lettuce facility. The following crops are harvested
monthly:
- 3,500 pounds
of gourmet micro-greens

1,250 pounds of baby-greens

60,000 head of lettuce
- 1,400 pounds of green and yellow pea
tendrils
